Strategy for Golf Club Managers This multi-touch book provides guidance to golf club managers and others who lead golf clubs, including Captains, Council Members, Honorary Treasurers, Honorary Secretaries and other members, on how they can create deliverable long run strategies to help build their own clubs. Although set in an Irish context the lessons are universal and apply to all clubs irrespective of their size, location and wealth.
The book is quite short in at around 6,000 words but most of the guidance comes from 29 embedded easy-to-follow short movies. On completion of the book reader should: 1. Have a good grasp of how important strategy is for their golf club. 2. Understand the process of strategic planning. And 3. Be able to create and present a strategic plan tailored to their own golf club.
